WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch. After that, it will take 3-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.

PACKAGING:

Being professional bag supplier, we recognize the significance of receiving your bags and accompanying accessories in pristine condition. Therefore, all orders will be delivered wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a secondary outer box (inclusive of the original gift box) to forestall any impairment during the delivery process.

 

SHIPPING NOTE:

Most orders are processed in 1-3 days and arrive in 3-12 business days* in the US, CA, UK, AUS, NZ, and EU (DE, FR, IT, AT). Delivery times may vary if you’re outside these countries and may differ based on your country's customs processing times. Please note that customs processing times may cause delivery delays, which are not included in the timeframe provided. We do not control customs fees or policies, and our free shipping does not cover these fees.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you enter correct and precise details, such as email and shipping address, upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post due to incorrect address, please make sure that the information you provide is accurate.

*If a product has not been delivered within 30 business days of ordering, we will issue a full refund.

 

WILL I BE TAXED?

Prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include tax, which means that you do not have to pay tax when you receive your order.

 

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you. Please contact us ASAP at service@omybagstore.com, and be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.

We will perform a thorough quality check of our product prior to delivery to ensure that you receive an unparalleled product.

Once the product satisfies our exacting standards, we shall capture an image of the product alongside the invoice and send it to you via email for your confirmation.
