    I was looking for a small purse. I am petite, so most purses are either too big or too small. I’ve been trying to cut down on the amount of stuff I carry around unnecessarily, but the purses I have end up with a bunch of empty space in them and they are bulky and annoying.
    I would love to have a Chanel purse, but I just don’t see myself spending that much money on a purse – I would rather spend it on a great vacation. So, after doing a lot of research, I bought this purse. I love it. I really, really love it.
    As I mentioned above, I am petite, so I ended up shortening the chain by 10 inches. I am very happy with this purse and highly recommend it.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Singapore. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LAPoste/DeutschePost/Australia Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After receiving the required documentation, we will make every effort to resend a replacement order to you.
